Terms of Service
General Info
Nothing is first-come, first served.
I as the seller retain the right to deny any transaction at my discretion and without explanation.
You can offer higher than my listed price if others have already made an offer of equal value.
Bold Payment options are non-negotiable.
Unless stated otherwise, I do not take geno trades/slots or items as payment.
A Geno that is 'Pending' will not be put back up for sale, do not inquire about it; it has been paid for and I'm simply waiting for the payment to reach me. It only remains in my shop for easy access to it's proof.
Monetary Payments
Monetary payments are through Paypal, USD only.
I will send you an invoice, you have 48 hours to pay.
If no payment received after 48 hours, I will cancel the invoice and the geno will go back up for sale. You will be blacklisted from my shop.
I do not accept dA points.
Art Payments
I prefer ARs to FP. If I want trainings/enamoreds, I will have it listed.
If paying with ARs, I will hold the geno until the ARs are rolled and I receive my loot before I write the permission over to you.
If paying with FP, if I feel like your art will be docked points, I will request changes and those changes must be made before I write the permission over to you.
If paying with FP, and you decide to depict my kuku in an AR roll, I will hold the geno until the ARs are rolled if the FP amount dips below the agreed amount if the image is denied/needs corrections.
1 AR = 1 kuku depicted
You are required to show me examples of your work and give me an estimate on how long you expect the work to take up front when inquiring about a geno. Failure to do so will result in me asking you to read my rules a second time.
You are to give me a weekly update, even if to say you have not had a chance to work on the payment that week; all I ask is that you communicate with me.
I will only grant an extension if you have been communicating with me and keeping me updated. Failure to do so will forfeit the deal; the geno will go back up for sale in my shop and you will be barred from offering on it again and receive 1 mark.
Earning 2 marks will cause you to be blacklisted from my shop for art.
Art price is higher because I would highly prefer USD

Upon illness, I will heal the kuku for the first illness only.
Should illness happen again during your lease, you are responsible for healing.
Either in providing the medicine directly or in CR equivalent so that I may purchase it.
Failure to do so will grant you a blacklisting from future leasing.
I don't mind if you fail to use them during your lease, just DM me and let me know so I'm
not left wondering if there's an activity where they could possibly get hurt floating around.

Her arm has 3 fingers and a thumb and doesn't seem to have a limit how far it can stretch, so absurd and hilarious nonsense entries are so welcome ouob

"It all started with this dream I had... I was fighting a great mighty beast on a volcano! In the middle of a massive storm! There was thunder and lighting! It was chaos everywhere, but I fought bravely! The beast stood no chance! But then... when I thought it was over.. it lashed out and bit my arm clean off! But I kept fighting until I pushed the monster into the volcano where it died a fiery death! As soon as the beast died within the volcano, the storm cleared and a great fairy queen came and congratulated me for my heroic act of saving her people. As a reward, she gave me this arm so I can defeat more monsters easier! I became great friends with the fairies although I accidentally crushed one with my new arm, but we don't talk about that. Haha, anywaaays! The queen gave me a great quest to defeat yet another terroriser of her people. So I accepted of course like the good hero I am and I went out to find this terrible beast which soon I did. It was a horrible, purple praying mantis! It had huuuuuuuuuuge claws and big fangs with really freaky eyeballs.. like a dozen of them! It was the wooorst thing I've ever seen! But that did not stop me and I fought valiantly even though it was tough.. and the creature was mighty.. but I was mightier.. and I.. I forgot where I was going with this.. oh look at the time.. zzzzz"

And Gidget was no less.
The child was captured when she was still in the egg and from a newborn, they saw potential in her.
So small, she could enter wherever she liked. They decided to build her a mechanical arm, putting it in place of what they would later cut.
The little one didn't notice anything ... young as she was she couldn't even decide with her own will.
Too bad that growing up Gidget has managed to escape thanks to that arm ... sure that put under this point of view it seems that she had to face some kind of difficulties!
Actually ... well ... she accidentally ended up in a garbage truck and from there she was taken to a different place, devoid of evil people.
Without a purpose, Gidget didn't know what to do.
She decided to explore and take everything life gave her.

“It’s a bit of a story but if you want to hear it, I'm happy to tell it. I was born small, not that my mom cared much but it did make things hard at first. Mom always took good care of me. Took me a while to learn to walk cuz my little legs didn’t want to work right. Once I mastered that well, mom couldn’t keep me from stopping!
By the time I was a year old I’d figured out how the world worked, mostly, and I wanted to explore it. Mom said we could travel and off we went! Traveled round for a couple of months till we reached this mountain pass one day round Festival of Death. Just one more hill till the festival grounds. It was a warm day after a big rainstorm so the ground was muddy, I got to close to the edge of the pass…
Before I knew what was happening I had fallen far past my mom, a rock pinning my arm down and the slope to steep for her to get to me. We got lucky then, that was the pass the aerials took. They saw me there trapped, momma on the ridge above, and Morgrim just swoops in and slams the rock off me. Not the best idea… it took some of the arm with it.
All six of em now we’re hovering above me. Trying to figure out what to do when Euros takes action and picks me up in her mouth. Starts to fly off while mom is screaming at em. It’s at this point I pass out. Mom tells me later they flew me to a village that’s almost at the fairgrounds and they patched me up, there was a human there that made fake arms and legs. The aerials asked him to make me a new arm, cuz it was their fault I lost mine. Woke up with a new arm and the aerials already at the festival!”
